DK-Ecofarm started with a fresh water hydroponic style plant factory business in 2010, completed technical development for various leafy vegetables,
and now concentrates on hydroponic technologies for high-value-added Korean special purpose crops including hydroponic ginseng culture.
DK-Ecofarm succeeded in independent hydroponic ginseng culture in 2013, commercialized it in 2014, and acquired a patent for single beam hydroponic LED in 2015.
Since the spin-off in 2016 for full-scale specialization of Smart Farm business, the company has sought to construct sustainable business models through research and development for Korean-style Smart Farm solutions.
